主料
茄子Eggplant :适量虾Fresh Prawn :适量
辅料
梅干酱Plum Sauce :适量豆瓣酱Bean Sauce :适量
具体步骤
1. 大虾去头去壳,虾背切开去肠,洗干净备用。Clean theprawn, remove the head and tail.
2. 茄子切片。Slice the eggplant.
3. 把大虾在沸水中煮1分钟后捞起。Boil the prawn for 1 minute.
4. 用热油把茄子片炸香,然后将虾一起放下锅,加鸡汤少许,调味即成。Deep fry the eggplant and prawn, and flavor with chicken stock and bean sauce.
